A new public piazza forms the focus of this proposed high density mixed use neighbourhood. The space will be highly animated throughout the seasons with a variety of uses and activities, and is thus open and flexible. Taking centre stage will be a public art sculptural feature. Outerspace have provided the conceptual design, based on an organic trellis with soft vegetation winding up and through.
