Parkside, Lewisham

A new park in combination with communal gardens are at the heart of the regeneration of this 1200 unit estate valued at £270 million. In six phases the existing and ever increasing new residents have been consulted, leading to designs that are continually evolving, taking on board lessons learnt and new thinking.

The park changes form and character from its source to its destination: from a hard and formal piazza through sculptural meadows and at the end – a dramatic woodland bowl, offering an exciting range of experiences and amenity for all age groups to enjoy.
