A new high density mixed use neighbourhood has been created between Greenwich and Woolwich. Our landscape sits around contemporary iconic buildings that focus on a public piazza together with a series of residential streets.
The landscape within the various spaces pays tribute to the past whilst celebrating the needs of today’s residential community. Its forms evoke the flowing shipping routes that started their journey from the local docks before making their way across the globe.
These forms are most celebrated in the public piazza but also extend up onto the communal podium gardens within the affordable housing blocks to create a unified and cohesive pattern when looking from Outerspace.
