Previously know as Alpha Square, the schemes includes 3 towers of 65, 20 and 34 floors all focussed around a new public square. The space will be enjoyed by the variety of occupiers within the buildings, including residential, hotel, primary school and health centre.
The key challenge for the landscape is to promote an active public realm whilst maximising the bio-diversity requirements within the planning permission, and all within such a high density setting.
