Manor Park Masterplan, New Malden

A genuine example of enabling the community to realise their vision for their park. Appointed through crowd funding by the amazingly proactive Friends of Manor Park, Outerspace have drawn up a Masterplan for future enhancements. This was achieved through intensive engagement workshops with the local residents, interest groups and schools, whereby the analysis of issues, establishment of clear and rational design principles, and the exploration of optional layouts were discussed. From this a preferred masterplan was identified, which we have now presented within the final report. The Playground forms the first phase of the Manor Park Masterplan and was opened in August 2022.
