A ‘Custom Built’ landscape masterplan through a new estate in Basildon. Planning Permission has been granted for this landmark regeneration scheme featuring Custom-Build homes that provide personalised living within a highly landscaped estate. 250 new homes are available for residents to buy and personalise to their own requirements and tastes, including their gardens. These new homes are presently being pre-constructed in a factory close to the site, providing a high quality finish and extensive environmental benefits.

A key element of the Outerspace landscape masterplan is a series of communal gardens linking up to form a linear park. Play spaces, seating areas and SUDs planting continue through the park, with the intention that this will be popular and well used by both the new residents and existing local community.
