A neighbourhood park will be the centre piece of this estate regeneration scheme, evolving from a hard busy piazza through to informal gardens adjacent to a woodland escarpment. The composition provides a series of spatial experiences, each determined by the variety of activities that we promote and enable, from busy, busy busy, through to quiet calm and reflective.
Linking these park compartments, a serpentine path will weave through the park, winding up and down the slopes, through play space after play space, and from open meadow lawns to intimate garden rooms.
