The Clockhouse Guildford

This high end Assisted Living scheme for McCarthy and Stone has just reached practical completion. The showpiece gardens have lush green lawns contained by colourful shrub borders under existing mature trees. The design was based upon the principles of a traditional country garden with a contemporary palette of materials and planting. A serpentine walkway extends out into the far end of the garden, leading to a pergola seating area. The building was designed and technically delivered by Lewis and Hickey architects.
