The new Almshouse building phase of the residential scheme for Crest Nicholson is now complete. The beautiful gardens that Richard and Inma designed nestle into the surrounding woodland are already popular for the senior citizen residents. A seating area with a water feature sits in a prominent position with amazing views over south east London and the north Kent countryside beyond.
The second phase of private housing is on site at present, with the showcase central communal gardens being built in the spring of 2018.
