Our values underpin everything we strive to achieve as a company in both the work we produce and the environment we work in. These have been identified by our team and can be summarised as follows:
In our work and in our relationships with clients and other consultants.
Exploring creative solutions to maximise the value of any site.
In both technology and sustainability.
A company that talented and team playing professionals want to join and flourish.
Considering people and biodiversity in the spaces we design.
The quality of the work we produce is evident through the numerous awards across the sectors, including the New London Architecture ‘Best Housing Award 2016’ for Lime Wharf Hackney and ‘Education Estates Award Winner 2015’ for Sir Isaac Newton Primary School, Ilford. These awards demonstrate our ability and focus in both creative design and technical delivery.
Within the working environment, staff professional development and support alongside their health and wellbeing is central to our company ethos, as shown through our ‘Investors in People Silver’ accreditation. Based at The Boathouse creative hub along the riverbank of the Thames, staff enjoy lunchtime clubs in yoga, sketching, running and table tennis.
